Thanks, Dave! And to think, I thought our only option for dinner was scrambled eggs. Perhaps it was a good thing we had no bread and had to resort to thinking more and looking further!
I sheepishly admit to onions... It's a good thing those hens are laying (and how much I enjoy them) becuase they scratched up just about all my spring onions. For the first time in a very long time I had to use a store bought onions. I'll post up my latest chook proof gardening measures soon :-)
